Billing & Subscription

Billing & Subscription shows your current plan with its object limit and costs, lets you switch to another plan and keeps your billing information. Only people with the permission “Manage Subscription and Plan” see this page – among the standard roles, that is the Owner.

The current plan with its usage at the top, the cost breakdown next to it.

What you see here

  • Your Current Subscription – the Current Plan card with the plan name, the permitted number of objects (“Up to … Objects”), the monthly price, the current number of objects, the maximum number of objects and the start date. Next to it the Subscription Details: billing interval, tier price, rented terminals and total amount. All prices exclude VAT; annual billing comes with a five percent discount.
  • Available Plans – the plans from Log+Key Free (up to ten objects, free of charge) via Log+Key 100 and Log+Key 250 upwards; under Find Your Plan you enter your number of objects and get the matching plan suggested. The current prices are also on log-key.de/pricing.
  • Billing Information – company, contact person, billing email, phone number, address, country and VAT number; Edit keeps them up to date.
  • Cancellation – Cancel Subscription ends the paid plan.
The whole page from top to bottom.

What you can do here

  • Switch plans: pick the plan you want under Available Plans. Payment runs through our payment provider Mollie – with credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and further payment methods. The free plan covers up to ten objects; after that the plan grows with your stock.
  • Pay by invoice: organisations that used Log+Key before October 2026 keep receiving invoices and pay by bank transfer or direct debit. Online payment is being enabled for them gradually – until then they may not see this page yet. If you would like to switch, write to hello@log-key.de.
  • Maintain billing information and cancel the subscription – both directly on the page.

The object limit

Every plan permits a certain number of objects; archived objects do not count.

  • Approaching the limit: when your stock gets close to the limit, Log+Key warns you.
  • At the limit: no further objects can be created until you switch to a larger plan or archive objects.
  • Above the limit: this happens after a cancellation or a switch to a smaller plan. Take-outs and returns are then blocked; you can only archive objects until the stock is back within the limit. Organisations above their limit when the billing system starts are informed; for them the block takes effect in the following weeks.

Who sees this page

Only people with the permission Manage Subscription and Plan – by default the Owner. Admins and Users do not see the Billing & Subscription entry in the navigation.
