What you see here
Each row is one tag with its Status – Free, Tag assigned (linked to an object) or User assigned (a person’s login tag) –, the optional Label, the Linked object or Linked user and the Hardware ID, the tag’s factory identifier. The Filter offers Tag assigned, User assigned and Free tags; Search and View complete the toolbar.
There is no Add button here: you order NFC tags from Log+Key, and they are registered in advance. With the first scan or the first link a tag belongs to your organisation for good and shows up in this list.
What you can do here
The overview is your control over the tag stock: which tags are still free, which object hangs on which tag, who signs in with a login tag. The links themselves are made elsewhere:
- On the tag page, which opens when a tag is scanned: Link object, Link user and Edit for the label. Scanning a tag that is already linked opens the object directly.
- In the edit form of an object or user via the Linked tag or login-tag field – that is also where you remove a link again.
Who sees this page
