Profile

In the profile you maintain your own data – name, email address, job title, phone number – and change your personal PIN, which you use to confirm take-outs in the browser and to sign in at the terminal. You reach the profile via your name at the bottom left of the navigation.

Edit Profile: master data, welcome page and PIN.

What you see here

Clicking your name at the bottom left opens the profile menu with the language switch, the profile and sign-out. The profile leads to the page Edit Profile with First name, Last name, Email, Job title and Phone number, the switch Show the welcome page in the navigation, and the buttons Save and Change PIN at the bottom right.

What you can do here

  • Maintain your data: change the fields and Save. The email address is also your sign-in name for the web app.
  • Change your PIN: Change PIN asks for a new four-digit PIN. It is one PIN for both – confirming take-outs, returns and take-overs in the browser and signing in at the terminal. At the terminal itself you change it via the button of the same name in the header.
  • Switch the language: in the profile menu under Language between German and English – the interface switches immediately.
  • Sign out: also in the profile menu.

You don’t change a password in the profile: an admin triggers the link for setting a new password (Users → detail page → reset password); it is valid for seven days.
