Hardly any building has as many key holders as a school: teachers, the caretaker, the cleaning service, after-school care — and in the evening, the clubs in the sports hall. With Log+Key, external users don't need an account of their own: the caretaker scans the key out, selects the club coach from the contact list and sets a return date. The live overview shows at any time which keys are in circulation.
Changes of responsibility properly documented
Transfers, retirement, new departments: in public institutions, responsibilities change regularly — and the keys change with them. Log+Key shows at a glance which keys a person holds and documents the handover with a timestamp and (if desired) a signature. Log+Key hosts exclusively in Germany, a data processing agreement template is ready, and access can be restricted by role — the caretaker's office sees movements, the department head sees master data. Every issue and return is recorded unalterably with a timestamp and name, and can be exported as a report. If the audit office asks about key issues over recent years — or due diligence has to be demonstrated after a loss — the answer is available at the touch of a button.
